Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

The short version:

- All online orders are *usually* shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays)

- Canada Post is our shipping partner.

- Choose between Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, Priority, or Regular Parcel. *please note, we ship from a small town, so shipping times aren't always accurate according to Canada Post.

- FREE shipping on orders over $250 ( before taxes ) 

- Now offering PICK-UP option @ checkout. FREE in town delivery ( within Swift Current, SK city limits ) also being offered. Simply make a note in your order or email us.

- You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup ( if you've requested an in town delivery, please allow 1-2 business days for delivery ) 

- Exchange/store credit only. No refunds given. ( call or email us if you need assistance with sizing/help with a purchase )

- SALE items, jewelry, intimates, skincare, books, and swim are always a FINAL sale.

Local Pick-Up in Swift Current, SK. or Free Delivery in Swift Current ( make a note in your order ) 

**We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup and it can be picked up at the store during regular business hours.**

We ship all items from our shop in Swift Current, SK using Canada Post within 24-72 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed on the weekend/holidays will be shipped out the following business day. Be sure to note any special shipping instructions or contact us after placing your order. *we are a small shop with very limited staff- we will do our best to get your package to you as quickly as possible, but some times there may be slight delays. We thank you for your support and patience! 

Delivery times are estimated as an average so there can be additional delays during holidays or due to weather delays. We cannot guarantee delivery dates or assume any responsibility for delivery times, but we do fully trust in our delivery partner Canada Post to get your packages to you in the most timely manner possible. 

 

Return and Exchange Policy

*Please email us at bre@bresboutique.com within 72 hours of receiving your order if you are wishing to return/exchange an item. Once we have received your email, we will give you instructions on how to do so. 

Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. ( but we will ship your exchanged item back free of charge/ or you will receive free shipping on your next order )

*To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags still attached. 


*Intimates, swimwear, jewelry, books, skincare, and sale items are a final sale and are NOT eligible for returns/exchanges.*

Any item not in its original condition, worn, washed,  or damaged in any way will not be accepted as a return.

-There are NO refunds given. Store credit ( in the form of an online gift card ) or exchange ONLY at this time.
