We offer 2 options for online orders:
Flat rate shipping of $15 anywhere in Canada.
Local Pick-Up in Swift Current, SK.
We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup and it can be picked up at the store during regular business hours.
We ship all items from our boutique in Swift Current, SK using Canada Post within 24-72 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday. Be sure to note any special shipping instructions or contact us after placing your order. We are your personal shoppers and we'll do our best to fulfill special requests!
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Delivery times are estimated as an average so there can be additional delays during holidays or due to weather delays. We cannot guarantee delivery dates or assume any responsibility for delivery times, but we do fully trust in our delivery partner Canada Post to get your packages to you in the most timely manner possible.
Return and Exchange Policy
Bre's offers store credit or exchange only.
Once you receive your order, you will find a return slip in your package. Please notify us at email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving your item if you are wanting to request a return or exchange.
After receiving your return/exchange request, we will then send an email back to you with return/exchange instructions, and to notify you of the approval or rejection or your return/exchange.
*To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags still attached.
*Intimates, swimwear, jewelry and sale items are a final sale are NOT eligible for returns/exchanges.*
Any item not in its original condition, worn, washed, or damaged in any way will not be accepted as a return.
** We carefully inspect every single item before being shipped out to make sure everything is in perfect condition. If for some reason something has been missed and you notice any damage, please email us right away with a photo. **
In-Store purchases may be returned for store credit or exchanged within two (2) weeks of purchase date.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
